I want a room in good smell.

I want a room in good smell. And pls. maintain cleanliness.

The room is a little bit dusty, my partner having an allergy. And not in good smell in the room. My partner sneeze all the time. And the elevator having a malfunction when were going to checkout. Very dissapointed.

Its nice and good value for money overall

The room was large and had good aircon, staff friendly and responsive

Bit noisy as we were overlooking the main road and the bathroom door was rotting and had a few cockroaches living in it

Well it’s spacious, but parking sucks and looks so yucky...

Well it’s spacious, but parking sucks and looks so yucky plenty of trash around. Bathrooms are not well maintained tiles wise and flooring. Food ok, waiters ok

Parking horrible and plenty of junk around. Looks not safe around the parking especially

The staff is really good.

The staff is really good. They make the stay for sure and the breakfast is a good deal as well.

Ac did not work in our first room. We were moved to a new room and all was good in the new room.

Breakfast was good, staff at the restauant were so helpful accommodating and friendly- good ambience, music too Good view at the balcony but would be better if they clean it and probably put some chairs outside Some staff we met were friendly and helpful except that girl who had us checked in

Staff who had us checked in was soooo unfriendly did not even bother to smile Bathroom’s shower curtain is very moldy and looks dirty, baby cockroaches were everywehere Very old towels, almost black in color Aircon at the other room was not working Very slow service, requested for plate didnt come, always need to follow up requests cause it takes so much time They couldn’t find keycard and had it replaced and updated but did not work had to go down twice up and down to help us open our room (we were on the 20thfloor) Huh both elevator were under mainTainance, had a flight to catch up and my parents bus leaving at 5, that was 4.30 Good thing we used the employees elevator (no access to the groundfloor) we met a staff and helped us out tsk. Would have used the stairs but ive got big luggage and we were on the 20th floor Was so disappointed. services and facilities were the worst!

Everything was okay except for the door.

Everything was okay except for the door. We have to go down from 21st floor to the ground floor or ask some staffs just to get the key card updated since they said it has a problem with the maintenance. And it happened not only once, but twice. I wish there’s a phone in every floor or somewhere near so we don’t have to go all the way to the lobby just because we the key card isn’t working.

The location was great! The staffs were very welcoming and friendly and the rooms were very spacious which is really a big plus.

The shower/wc need fixing it looks untidy.

Near to some restaurants/establishments, good location.

Management should train the housekeeping more. Even though the price is on a promotional value, they should maintain or better exceed standard cleanliness, in this way, even the facilities are not perfect, cleanliness will help them promote their hotel and clients will eventually patronize your property even with your standard rates.

sleepless night for me

the mini cafe bar by the reception and the staff in the breakfast buffet area, she was really good. that’s all.

oh my, i have tons that i dont like. okie lets start from when i made a booking. I wrote a request when i booked online to give us a room that is located on the lower ground floor and if they can give us two extra pillows. they never replied back so i thought everything is okie. “ sorry to myself i was just expecting to much” when we arrived at the hotel. i asked the receptionist if she can give us two extra pillows, (she didnt mention that this hotel already would provide 4 pillows in the room so, it’s not really necessary to order another pillow. but she just said that i need to pay 50 pesos for each extra pillows. i was so shocked to hear this from them as the this was the first time that a hotel was so hesitant to give us an extra pillows. then, the staff gave us a room in the 21st floor. (i wrote a request to give us a room on the lower ground right!?) i just received a reply today from this hotel that their room starts at 16th. i cant remember if it’s rm 2110 or 2107, but let me tell you, = the room was very dark, very dusty, very old, very dirty and creepy!!!!! ofcourse i asked them and the room service if this room were like all the rooms in the hotel and he told me that not really? so i actually call the receptionist again to change my room. she told me that she needs to check the availability of the rooms first!? then, they actually changed our room to 1907. still not in the lower ground floor. well, it look far more better than the first room, but the washroom smells really bad for some reason even though we havent used it yet, then-bed was comfortable but my allergic rhinitis doesn't want to stop because the bed and the pillows were so dusty, the sofa bed was really dusty and have lots of stains and the cabinet looked very creepy as it was painted with black or dark brown i think? so not appropriate for a hotel. then, the next day, they called me to ask if I’m going to extend?, hell no. i myself booked another hotel on my own.

The hotel was creepy.

The hotel was creepy. It's almost like a ghost hotel. When we were at the lobby, we thought it was a good hotel, when we got out of the elevator, we had the creeps when we saw how the hotel was built. Also, the staff during room service were not accommodating and welcoming.
